  • The Florida Baptist Convention brought their mobile dentistry unit to College Park Baptist Church in Palatka to offer free dental care to area residents. The bus has two treatment rooms and offers services for 5-13 patients a day. The unit sets up each week at different churches throughout the state and the locations are listed on their website.   • Along came good samaritan Ray Crisp to lend a hand. Mindful of the danger, he carefully picked up the turtle who was snapping away at him. Crisp moved him to the other side of the road, and even when he was putting him down, the turtle tried to bite his foot.
